Personal trainer strengthens the massage therapist team

Maris Zuravskis

Hi everyone, my name is Maris and I am a sports massage therapist and personal trainer.

I first became interested in sports when I was at school and joined the freestyle wrestling club which quickly developed into a passion. So in 2015 I decided to study fitness, health and exercise and became a personal trainer. As a keen gym goer and personal trainer I know the importance of quick recovery from injuries or intensive training, reduced pain and prevention of further damage so I decided to get qualified as a sports massage therapist to be able to help the people I train even more.

Over the course of my career, my professional interests have developed in order to enable me to provide comprehensive support for your training or fitness programmes.

As a personal trainer I focus on athletic performance and healthy lifestyle. As a sports massage therapist I have refined my approach for injury rehabilitation and recovery.
